We may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as determined by us in our sole discretion. You agree not to share, transfer or resell your use of or access to SST to any third party.

If you are a SST member, and you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password by updating your account information, and immediately notify us via electronic mail. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.

	Important Notice Regarding Fraud We have noticed an increase of fraud over the past few months. Unfortunately, much of this fraud is perpetrated by customers who have legitimately purchased services, but later deny having done so to their credit card companies. Please keep in mind this is illegal , in fact this is a felony punishable by jail time. We fully investigate all claims of credit card fraud. 	How will I be charged for your services? *Trial and Monthly memberships recur billing at the monthly membership price until canceled. Our sites have 30 day memberships, in which case your account will be charged every thirty days from the day of the month you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was activated on October 15th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on November 15th. If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account in 30 days. Instead your account will expire on that date. For example, if you were activated on October 15th and we receive your cancellation on October 30th, your account will expire on November 15th. If you joined on trial basis, the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel within the trial period. The membership term for each site is outlined on the join page and in the terms and conditions.

We neither control nor endorse such other websites, nor have we reviewed or approved any content that appears on such other websites. NEITHER SST NOR ITS SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS OR SPONSORS ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SERVICES AND/OR CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES AND/OR CONTENT CONTAINED WITHIN THE SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICES. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO COMPANY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE SERVICES.
